Prior to law school, Kyle obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from West Virginia University in Energy Land Management. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree, Kyle worked as an oil and gas landman where he conducted title abstracts and negotiated oil and gas leases.

After working for more than two years as a Landman in the oil and gas industry, Kyle decided to return to law school with an emphasis on becoming a real estate, oil and gas, and estate planning attorney.

During law school, Kyle worked for the West Virginia University Land Use and Sustainable Development Clinic where he worked on multiple real estate matters for local governments and nonprofit organizations throughout West Virginia. Kyle received the CALI award for the Land Use Clinic, which is an award given to the student with the highest grade in the class.

Since 2022, Kyle has handled hundreds of real estate transactions, oil and gas negotiations, and estate planning and estate administration matters in Tyler, Wetzel, Marshall, Doddridge, Ritchie, Pleasants, and Wood County West Virginia.
